I'm an educational program design professional with 20+ years of experience developing, implementing, and evaluating reading and STEM programs for at-risk children at a regional non-profit.

I've created data-driven hands-on curriculum, based on current research in literacy development, brain development, and the effects of poverty and trauma on children, that helped thousands of children build reading motivation and skills and STEM skills.

To ensure the quality of program, I train and provid curricular support for volunteers, parents, social service and education professionals, and I develop and coordinate comprehensive evaluation systems.

In my more than 20 years in this field, I've cultivated relationships with partner agencies, funders, universities, and community groups to increase the impact of programming.

I also provide support for clients in book marketing and event planning and implementation.
