I am the author of over fifty books for young readers including the Zapato Power series (Albert Whitman), the Sofia Martinez series (Capstone), Smoke at the Pentagon: Poems to Remember (Bushel & Peck), The Porridge-Pot Goblin (Apples & Honey), My Name is Hamburger (Kar-Ben), Moses and the Runaway Lamb (Kar-Ben), and Never Say a Mean Word Again (Wisdom Tales).
